360° Feedback is a tool for monitoring growth and development that is extraordinarily useful when we want to raise awareness of strengths and areas for employee development. This is one of the most used tools for creating a personal development plan.

Participants are usually given feedback by their superiors, colleagues and subordinates by filling out a questionnaire containing questions related to business competencies.
