Leadership is an important component of effective management, which helps increase efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
Leaders set the direction and create an inspiring vision. They are the supporting pillars of the organization and, as role models, subtly create an organizational culture with their appearance. Therefore, leaders are key people in the organization who need to be supported in the first place in order to be able to provide the same to their subordinates.
Although they set the direction, they need to know how to guide themselves and have the management skills to guide their people to the right destination in a natural and effective way.
To support you, we at Gentis have developed several LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS.
All leadership programs include several modules or last several days. Each module deals with one business segment, and the entire program engages students over a longer period - at least 6 months, and usually about a year.
In this process, participants participate in group work during the module, while between them they have individual coaching, solve tasks and keep a diary of practice and/or read the given literature.
Tasks are based on the application of acquired skills in everyday business situations, and thus participants have the opportunity to immediately translate what they have learned into practice and address all the problems and obstacles they encounter in implementation.
Level-Up Managers
Gentis ’original Level Up Managers program focuses on equipping newly appointed managers with leadership and management skills.
Level Up Managers will make it easier for you to see the bigger picture of the business, as well as acquiring a new set of skills and tools for managing yourself and others, and thus make it easier to achieve results.

Gentis ’original Influential Leaders for Tomorrow (ILFT) program focuses on developing skills for balancing organizational needs and the needs of subordinates.

Heroic leadership
An authentic and unique program allows leaders to “be” first and foremost. Being means enabling the leader to be original and to lead from the inside out. Heroic Leadership as a model uses Heroic Journey by J. Cambell. It is an experience wider than the classic program. It allows participants to become aware of their full potentials and talents so that they could, aware and aligned with their vision, make the greatest possible contribution to their organization, families and the wider community.
