Contemporary behavioral research suggests that the most effective people are those who understand themselves and others, with emotional intelligence playing a very significant role in understanding and adjusting our approach to others. Disc Flow® is a very powerful tool precisely because of the connection of the DISC behavioral model and emotional intelligence, and it helps us to better understand ourselves and others, create a more productive work environment and achieve results more easily.

The DISC Flow® online half-day workshop (in two parts of two hours each) is intended for participants who want to become more aware and get to know themselves better, understand others and strengthen and increase the quality of their business and private relationships.

DISC Flow® feedback + coaching

DISC Flow® feedback is a systematized, individually guided process of interpreting individual report, with a focus on creating an action plan based on the results. Through coaching, the results of the person’s DISC Flow® Core report are placed in the context of real business and private circumstances, and the broader picture is taken into account so the person can better relate to the report.

The purpose of individual feedback + coaching is to familiarize the person with the DISC Flow® model as a combination of the DISC model and emotional intelligence, so they can analyze their results, understand themselves and better understand people from their environment who are different from them and create their own action plan.

Our workshops are very interactive and fun, with minimal theory and maximum practice. Participants are enabled to better understand themselves and others, improve their communication skills, which consequently leads to a better working environment and achieving better results.
